"I've Lost My Sanity" is a track with I title that should be taken literally. When I wrote this track, I was having a lot of trouble with anxiety, especially social anxiety, so I would have trouble sleeping at night. Eventually, during one of those sleepless nights I said "Fuck it," and just wrote something in Garageband. After that I felt lots better and got a great sleep. Writing music can sure help with anxiety.

This track was composed and produced in Garageband using my synths, guitars, and samples of Famitracker.
